Yeah Rob I get off the TM, make a sandwich and return some phone calls during the recoveries. 9:13 rest pace- I always forget to include those intervals.

And then what happens with the sandwich? Or are you like taking orders for them over the phone during the recoveries? Does the bread get all sweaty?
