Fro, Mad Mike, and McCullough for this one. Plan was to pyramid 1000m, 1200m and 1 mile up and down. Didn't make it through the final 1000m interval due to time constraints and being worn the hell out. Greg and Mike were flying but I didn't have enough to keep up today. It's all good.
