Started first 12 with Doug up 109, cemetary, then Ted's and back to the Y. I continued on for a Sanford loop. Last 5 or so at MP. Nice day considering the winter we've had.

Greg-that would be correct per McMillan. However last years HM time equated to a 3:18 marathon and I was nowhere near that . There's a lot of work to do to even think about breaking 3:15.
