A recovery double after today's track workout. Went way too fast if you look at the time, but felt really easy. I had to force myself to slow down but everytime not looking at the watch I'd speed up. Left foot felt mostly okay, but had the sniffles of warning signs again. It certainly didn't feel as good as this morning.
