Not sure if it was the dreadmill, or not having the guys to egg me on, but this workout was tough. I bailed on the last half-mile. Wanted to save some for Saturday. But this wasn't the light and easy workout I had last week. Might be the hills I ran on Monday, or the extra mileage. I bet the former.
Hate the treadmill. Makes me a bit dizzy. And I was soaked when I walked off.
Hmm, also turns out I misjudged the MPH/Pace equivalent with the 1% incline. So this was a bit faster (10sec) than it should have been. I guess that accounts for the higher perceived effort. That and the gym was warm.
