6mi Tempo (2,6,1). Goal pace was 7:50-8:15. I could barely keep this going. Legs were dead. R2 was beeping at me the whole time to speed up. It was rather embarrassing. I got through 4 of the 6 planned miles of the tempo and had to stop. Feeling crappy. Running in the morning. 5hrs of sleep. Ate junk the night before. Chalking it and moving on. Followed up with warm-down mile that isn't shown.
Heh, turns out my training plan called for 8:30-8:40 pace. Must have picked the wrong workout off my watch.
