3x 800m, 3x 1000m, 3x 1200m all at 5K (6:10 pace)

Track was closed so I had to do this at the JAG Park. The slight decline and incline affected times and also my stride. The downhill caused my stride to be a bit weird as I was a bit more on my heels as my center of gravity shifted to the rear.

Legs felt very heavy and stiff. Was real work to keep this going. The positive splits are no surprise as it took what I had just to keep doing the workout. But I'm happy I finished -- because even that wasn't a sure thing. All the intervals were slow (off my 5K pace).
