One of my best runs in weeks...felt easy and strong all the way through, right up till the dog chased me from just 2 houses away from home! Luckily it was a friendly one, and even got slobber on my leg...:) I'll run on Thursday and then rest till the Tinsel Tri 5K on Sunday. I hope it's warm enough for Hayley's swim, but not too warm for my run!
