Okay, first it's frickin COLD! There were frozen ice fountains coming out of the sprinklers in the groves, even in the afternoon! Second, windy, glad I wore my vest, and third, EVERYTHING felt tight and just plain hurt. Ran down from Diana's house and back up the hill at the end. I don't know if it was because of the cold or what, but I am really glad tomorrow is a rest day. Yech!
