I pushed to try and break 30. Didn't make it, but I know I had it in me. Makes you realize how many times you tell yourself "you're maxed" when you know you're not, and you get back to find you only needed 20 seconds.

There's always tomorrow! (nah, tomorrow needs to be a 5 mile day)
