My goal was to be under 25 minutes, so I was pleased with this, but I felt like I was dragging on the back side. Just the same, not only did I put up my best mile time (6:59) to date, but my best lake time (23:28), and have Made it to 100 miles!
Note: I wanted to show the mile time as a PR, so I recorded it as a race. However, I also wanted to show my full 3 mile lake run. That means I recorded 4 miles this morning, when I only ran 3. I will run another mile today, and not post it so that I will be at 101 before the end of the day.
