Ran out to canyon, cold, overcast, and I stopped and looked out over the canyon for awhile, then on the way back found a bag and picked up trash on the way back. So, not much of a disciplined run, it was like I lost my focus... Hopefully just a one time thing. At least I went out. And it was kind of relaxing.
