Ran at the indoor track. Did about 6 warm up lats and then 4800 meters in 21:30. Lost track otherwise I would have done the full 5000 meters. Not sure of the total distance or time. Perhaps its time to buy a stop watch. The gol was to run a 5K pace that was faster than your normal 5K pace for as long as you could. Since I did not have a watch or a goal pace, I just ran the 4800 meters as fast as I could.
