Fighting lingering Sinusitis, 10 days away from Athens Marathon. Feeling a bit dejected, but today's run was of some encouragement. It was tough, mainly because I was forced to spit/cough so frequently that it upset my breathing pattern. Regardless, I remained fairly close to HMP for the intended 6 middle miles. Fingers crossed. This has not been an ideal lead up to the race.
