7 easy, with 8 x 10 sec. steep hill sprints. Humid, but cool enough. Hill sprints sucked it out of me and getting back into the easy groove took a minute. Hill sprints started at 4.5 miles in. After a late 6 miler yesterday, I definitely felt a bit sluggish. Will have to avoid running the evening before a "moderate/hard" workout, i.e. leave more than 9-10 hours between concerted efforts.
