Beautiful day. Easy running. Because of the late start, I should've applied some sunblock but I didn't burn. Went out in the gazelles. It's amazing how much more comfortable I am in these than I was last year. Perhaps my calves aren't as tight as they were, zero drop work shoes may have helped this.
