3 mile shakeout with 4 x 100m strides at the end. I was hoping this would feel like floating, but it didn't. No worries. It's not race day. Tomorrow I will run a sub 1:30 half. I will convince my legs to turnover at a 6:50 pace or better. I will be happy regardless of whether or not I am able to do those prior two sentences. But, I will.
Anxious. But ready to see where I'm at.
