Yasso 800's. I'd never done these before, and I fully realize these don't particularly help build marathon fitness as they fall somewhere between LT and vO2 max, but I'll admit, I wanted to see how capable I was of running 10 x 800 in 3:05's.
I hit them all pretty successfully and maintained a decent pace on the recoveries too, so definitely not a super challenging workout. In the end all it really tells me is that I'm not crazy for considering 3:10 or better.
