Plan called for 10 miles with 3 x 1600 @ 5k pace (50-90% interval time as recovery). I ran the first one dead on 6:00, the second one slightly faster and the last one 5:55. Felt good.
I've been finding my motivation isn't in as abundant supply as it was leading up to the Akron Half. This workout helped kick me back into a proper training mindset.
Easy miles tomorrow, tempo Friday, a short, long-run Saturday and then another rest day. Rolling.
