Allie passed away yesterday. So with that at the forefront of my mind, I was entirely unable to run with any attention. I ran into Jamie and Susan who were in the nat parking lot talking about the same thing after their morning run. 33 years old. 3 daughters. Gutted. It occurred to me afterward, I never would have met Jamie and Susan if it weren't for Allie.
