Nice temps this morning for my 5 + 5 @ LT (6:30). 3 mile warm up, then into the LT portion a bit slow, 6:40 something, another slow one for some reason had trouble finding the next gear comfortably. By the third LT mile, locked in a bit better, and clicked off some 6:30s. 2 mile cool down. It was a bit of a tough one, but got through it.
