Since I ran. 10m. Yesterday I would have been happy finishing today's NHGP 5k race in under 25. Minutes. Not only did I finish in under 25. Minutes I almost broke 24nin. Negative splits. 7:49. 7:47. 7:32. Last .1. In 7:30. Pace. Burned off 373 calories. Took me 1/2. Way or more to catch up & pass. Ed Burns. Took to m2.5 to catch up and pass Bruce. Conti.. good course for a possible PR. Someday. Happily surprised with a 6th place AG finish
