没有撞墙,只是腿好累,特别是胯部,抬不起腿了。欧哥预测的真准,真的是830的pace (thanks again!)...:P 170的心率我觉得还是比较舒服的,只是我准备的太烂了,long run还是要多跑跑。。以后准备每2个礼拜一次

如果没伤痛long run 还是每周跑效果好些,可以慢点(9:30)可以坚持长些而且恢复也快些。

Ok :) How long do you think a long run should be? 16/18 or 20 miles? In office so can't type Chinese, but I am planning in next few months (winter :(() to increase speed training, like 2 times a week: tuesday for short interval (200m, 400, 600, 800, 1000) then a strength on thursday; then a long run on weekend. What do you think? Goal is to BQ (<35 age group :P) next year's Chicago Marathon, doable?

试试18看看,如果觉得很累那就16,18轮流来。如果不是很累,可以18,20轮流来。没比赛Interval和strength每周都有太多了点,可以一周interval,一周strength,一周其余时间最好两次以上的easy,9分pace,6-10迈。明年BQ不好说,先保证不受伤练个冬天再说。
