Notes
Ran out and back on the Cross Country Trail and then did a lap around the lake. Had to shit something fierce about 3.5 miles in. Spent the next 3.5 miles fighting my colon all the way back to the bathroom. My hip bothered me a bit and I had two weird tweaks in my rank ankle that felt almost like a near sprain despite not twisting it at all. Other than that, ok run.
