Notes

Quads still feel wrecked, which shouldn't surprise me considering last Saturday's workout. I should have done fewer miles today but there isn't another good day for getting in a longish run this week. If I still feel worn down by Saturday then I'll skip the Sunday race but I'm still optimistic at this point.
