Notes

Treadmill. Felt energetic. Had to force myself to slow down so I wouldn't hurt myself.

Left ankle felt tender and right hamstring felt tight for a few minutes near the end of the exercise. Overall I felt good. Too much food in my belly from Father's Day dinner thought... Was feeling it bounce around.
