72 degree?! That has to be wrong... felt like 80+
Took it easy and didn't get into it at all. Felt a little tight in the thighs and hips but OK.
Now that I look at the splits... seems like I got faster and faster:
1) 10:45
2) 10:33
3) 10:13
4) 9:49
Wow, didn't feel like I was increasing my speed!
