Did not watch my time. Ran by feel. Intended a tempo run after 2 miles warmup but ended up closer to time trial pace. Speed and effort limited by breathing. Held pace for 4 miles. Slowed down a lot (I felt), but actually ended up running tempo pace at the end. Legs were fine throughout. PB 10K. PB fastest run on the course (7.x miles).

The 4 middle miles were run at 7:23/mi (4:26/k), which were fast for me although about ~10s/mi slower than latest 5k race pace
