Group run. Coach and the fast guys do a 10 miler in around 64-68 min, no way I can run their pace, so I start with the group and run for 33 min and turn around. They run out as a group and almost race back for a negative split, so sort of a progression run. I was just hoping to make it back without falling apart at the end. Return trip has more slight inclines (and up a small dam), a little more difficult.
