Notes
Not quire recovered from the B2B a week ago.
Weather was not great. Overcast at 73-75F (23-24C) and 90-100% humidity
Tried running sub330 pace in first lap (7:54/mi, 4:55/k), gave up afterward
Tried to just do LSD path in 2nd lap, felt hard and sluggish. Met and ran with Bill P near end of lap 2.
Ran 3rd lap with Bill, he kept me running a decent pace most of the time aside from a couple of breaks.
3rd laps is actually 4-5 mins slower than 2nd lap (1-2 mins slower if discount the stopped/walk time), although it felt the opposite.
Did not see my finish time until at the end. Post-run soreness was actually worse than the B2B last week, it felt like a race with real effort.
