Skipped run last night (just too busy) and broke the streak. This run seems slightly more difficult than the long run 2 nights ago, had to switch around the speed between 6.5mph and 6.2mph quite a bit after the first hour. Strides (sort of) at 7 to 7.2 mph for a couple of minutes at the end (HR drop in graph due to watch not stopped until a few minutes after the workout)
