Notes

0-1.5% incline. Mostly at around 6.5mph (9:14/mi). Walk every 20 minutes. After about 9 miles started to feel not easy, this is typical in last several long runs. Felt easier to run @ 6.5 than at lower speed in the beginning. After about 1.5 hours legs started getting a little tired and needed to rest more often. Tried slowing down but it turned out it felt better when I ran faster instead, maybe due to difference in stride and muscle use? Mile 10 ran around 7 to 7.2 mph (8:20/mi) and felt better, but needed rest/break sooner (tired/sore but not badly, didn't want to push into a hard workout). After the run legs were feeling more sore than normal (compared to previous long runs)
