Wore new shoes, the newest pair of the trusted Brooks Beast.
Had odd twinge again in lower right knee just after starting. I stopped and did my usual stretch routine and it cleared. Nothing else the rest of the run.
Got major head cold yesterday...what a treat in time for a marathon. We'll see how I do in 26.2 on antihistimines!
