Notes
Did 7x800m intervals with 3:00 walk in between, plus warm up and cool down.
Average split was 4:12, or 8:24/mile
Individual splits were: 4:22. :07, :04, :11, :12, :08, :15
It is a nice workout...I could get into this, I think.
Ran out to Hadley Lake and back, which worked perfectly, distance wise. Pretty morning, but it's gonna be hot later.
Next Saturday, I'll be in South Bend. Race week is on.
