Brooks Beast 2007 (#3)
Did the last mile today at desired race tempo. Not at all encouraging. Took a lot of focus and effort just to turn in ONE mile at 9:08. Calls into question the possibility of a sub 2 at Sam Costa on Saturday. Oh well..we'll see
