A very surprising result...I hoped to do a 4:40 in the warm, humid weather. Remarkably, I was able to maintain a 9:15 run pace during my 4/1 run cycles and got under 4:30.
Several wonderful memories of Dad along the way, most keenly looking down ND Avenue to see the dome as he saw it first in 1932.
