First time to do mile repeats with HRM.

It was cool...so went for some better speed. Averaged 8:22 for the 5 intervals. 8:29, :18, :24, :12, :25.

HR usually got to low 130s during the intervals but stabilized there. Dropped to the low 80s in the 4 minute walk interval.

Nice run, felt really good.
