And splits of 8:12, :07, :12 and :40. Last split was slow due to stopping at CBI in the middle and lowering our flag to half staff to honor the victims of the Sept 11 attacks.
A thoughtful run home after lowering the flag. Heavy overcast skies matched the somber mood.
