Annual RITNY with the WRRC. Worked out to be a tempo run...just felt good to run harder and so I did. Got competitive and started passing folks in the last mile.
Interesting that these mile pace is BETTER than the intervals I did yesterday when I was focusing on speed. Legs felt good today, though they were sluggish yesterday.
Go figure.
Nice breakfast afterwards and I confined my eating to oatmeal. Good move.
