Longest single run since Rocket City. Took day off from work after fishing yesterday. Nice to run on a day when everyone else is working :-)
Legs a little heavy on last mile, other than that, no problems...an unremarkable, long spring run.
I wore the wrong shoes...was not thinking when I got ready duh....
God is good to grant us such blessing.
