The first Jay Cooperider Memorial 5K. Went well...see blog post.
Mile lap times: 7:50, 7:54, 8:15, sprint to the end. Overall, 7:51. Not sure course was measured accurately, either.
I won the Cook Biotech race...7 people ran and I came in fastest. Ha...all but 2 of the rest were younger than my oldest two sons.
