Did not think this would be a good run but it was a super run. Despite lousy weather and snowy, icy path, I did 5x1 mile at 8:15
Splits: 8:21, :22, :14, :04, :13
I shaved two spots on my chest for the HRM, which seemed to work as the HRs for each interval was
132 122 119 121 121
and the walk break HRs were lower, appropriately.
Nice run on a lead grey winter day.
