Ran as part of company team for American Cancer Society's "Relay for Life" fund raiser. 16 miles on the Jeff HS track. Actually went well. Did most of the run segments at or just over 10:00/mile pace. Starting to settle on a 4/1 as a clear candidate for Chicago.
