Yasso 800s. Average 3:49.
Fell in with another local guy and ran #8 at 3:32...too quick. Last two were then 4:09 and 4:07. Super humid, hard to describe just how sticky it was. But a good set of intervals after 12 hot miles late yesterday afternoon.
