Who'd a thunk it? Long sleeves on the last day of June?? Yeah, it was that cool...could have even worn gloves quite comfortably.
With the schedule this week, I needed to run three days in a row. I could feel that a bit, so backed down to a 3/1 today. With the cooler temps and lower humidity, it felt fine. Thursday off, then 18 on Friday, then off to Bermuda on Saturday. All sounds good.
