Felt tired and still a little sick to stomach.

I was aware of my quads being sore / fatigued for the first mile or so. I may not be getting enough recovery time with the move and schoolwork etc.

Later I felt great. the last 2/3 of the run were great. I started out at about a 10:15 pace. It made all the difference. I didn't record splits but think I ran negative splits for the whole run. I felt like I was getting faster and ended feeling like I could do it again.

Overall it ended up a good run.
