This was a great run. Felt strong, foot pain was manageable. 1 1/2 walk breaks after the 2 mi. mark. Probably could have not stopped but I pushed too hard on the big hill and got into oxygen debt. Finally feel like I found my stride and got lost in the run. This is probably a combination of improving conditioning and better pain management. Ice and Aleve treatment is helping, as are the shoe insoles in my work shoes. Finally feel a little like a runner again and losing some weight helped too.
