First session of Boot Camp (Kick in the Fit). Instructors are good and the benefits of social facilitation are noticeable. My fitness is not good. I was impressed however, with my time in the 1/2 mi. run and finished with nothing left on the track. My pacing needs work. The first split was 1:50 the final was 4:10. I pushed as hard as I could and almost threw up. Initial metrics are as follows:
