Notes

The 10:15 pace called for by the training program feels WAY too slow. It took a lot of concentration to run this slow. It felt awkward and somehow felt like more strain on my legs than a 9:15 pace. I will give it another week or so and reevaluate. It did feel good though; like I could keep running for a long time.
