5.5 mi
2.25 mile warm up to Lake Herrick, then dam hill repeats charging up x 14 repeats then cool down or whatever it take to hit 5.5 miles total. Do less hill repeats until total mileage at 2.5 so as to be able to have the 2.25mile run home. Can turn off watch and walk home if at 5.5 already.
